Roman Vegetable
Vegetarian pizza fit for Caesar himself! It starts out with our creamy ranch sauce mixed with fresh broccoli. Smothered with smoked provolone cheese mix, and topped with diced red onions, mushrooms, black olives, and fresh diced tomatoes.
Spinach Alfredo
Before you say you don’t like spinach - Mikey likes it! Alfredo sauce covered with a special blend of our
smoked provolone mixed with fresh spinach and secret spices. Topped with sliced red onions and
fresh diced tomatoes, then sprinkled with our parmesan mix.
Bacon Cheeseburger
Smoked provolone cheese, cheddar cheese, double burger, crumbled bacon, fresh diced tomatoes, and onions.

Our Greek/Italian creation. Grilled chicken, onions, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, black olives

Santa Fe
A spicy little number starting out with a mixture of salsa, black beans and corn smothered in smoked
provolone. Topped with black olives, fresh diced tomatoes, and fresh diced onions, then covered one
more time with cheddar cheese. To make it really authentic, don’t forget to ask for jalapenos!
BBQ Chicken
Mesquite flavored BBQ sauce topped with provolone cheese, then covered with tender diced chicken breast
sauteed in olive oil spiced with garlic, red onion, and covered with more cheese.
