e poi quella cosa dello shock termico della mozzarella? non hai notato che è di uno strano giallognolo anche da cruda? probabilmente non è mozzarella, ma quello che trovano di più simile in australia…
smettiamola di fare gli ipercritici! con tutte le schifezze che preparano gli americani e osano chiamare pizza (e con le tante schifezze che si trovano ormai anche qui in italia) evitiamo di fare troppo i fiscali con quelli che preparano una pizza decente dall’altra parte del mondo!

1 non a tutti piace la pizza bruciata..il colore va bene così!
2 solo a napoli fate la pizza tanto alta..in tutto il resto d’italia lo spessore della pizza è quello,o anche meno..non è ‘sta gran tragedia che non sia alta 10 cm! 3 che il grana sia un ingrediente abituale della pizza lo pensi solo tu..a napoli l’ho mangiata più di una volta e di grana nemmeno l’ombra!
4 il basilico c’è..è quella cosa verde che mette alla fine tagliuzzato!
