I don’t even have an idea right now about how much it could be worth…$50,000? $100,000? Not the cost of the building plaza it is located in, just the business itself. This place earns about $1,000-$3,000 on weekend days and about $800-$1500 on weekdays if this helps…
Depends on how profitable it is after expenses.

Can I have the complete address of that pizzeria ?
There is a chain ( even though local to New York City metro vicinity area ) called/named "Ray’s Pizza" The complete address would be in the yellow pages either on line or in the yellow pages phone book.

For me if they have it it’s Buffalo Wings, Lasagna & Stuffed Shells.
Goodnight everyone.
Going to a pizzeria and stuffing my gob full is one of my guilty pleasures.
I usually eat garlic bread sticks with ranch dip; a tossed salad and chicken wings. NOT all at once of course, though! Usually one or the other.

My favourite food ever is pizza and I used to eat it all the time and I got very fat!!! I’m on a diet now but it’s my birthday Saturday and all I want is my pizza but I’m on a calorie counting diet and I wouldn’t know what to put! Is there a way of measuring? The pizza is 14" stuffed crust deep pan and either meat feast or margarita.
First of all, ask them. They may have nutritional info for their menu.

I live in the Chicago area and would love to take my fiance to a place where you can watch the chef making the dough and the pizza…
I’ve never heard of such a place
you would need to be able to see the kitchen from where you sit.
A mom and pop restaurant is possible, but I know the names of none of them.

I prefer fresh pizzerias, never frozen pizza. Is there a chain restaurant that you think is really better? If so, I haven’t found it. I live in the Northeast USA area.
I have tried Papa Johns and actually it wasn’t bad. Domino’s was so bad and bland, never again. It’s been too many years since I’ve tried Pizza Hut (must be for a reason) Thanks…Rob
Papa John’s is the best of the chains, but none beat the local pizza places.

We’ve narrowed the names down to these two for a start-up Pizzeria – offering dine in, take out, and delivery. Help us choose! Which would you go to?
We’d be located right by a college and have great specials for pizza by the slice….
I would also go with "The Slice" It’s short and people are going to call it the shorter name rather than the longer one most of the time.

A friend and I want to open a pizzeria in the Denver area.
Fairly central location, small to start, Open dinner six days a week, lunch two days a week, to start.
Any guess on staffing, food orders, facility design, whatever else?
The problem is I have a huge grandiose idea of what I want it to look like and know that’d cost way too much and be a huge risk, and I’m having a hard time narrowing down to a reasonable starter outfit and from there guessing a cost.
Go to http://www.score.org/template_gallery.html and download the Excel template for estimating startup costs.

You can try looking it up here http://calorielab.com/index.html
Depends on what your pizza toppings are…that can make your cals and fat vary a good bit.
