pizzeria
I have a interview coming up this saturday im only 17 and i have my food protection certificate, EMS CPR certificate and many other things. Ive never had any actual experience cooking in a public place. I just want to know what can i expect to be doing?
You will be making pizzas. Cooking is not that hard. It’s a good job to have cause it’s easy. Once you make the same thing over and over and over, you will be able to do it in your sleep/ Good luck.

pizza recipes
I don’t want something huge. It can be any kinda pizza. From chicken to jam or cheese. Just give me some pizza recipes.
I might invite some friends around btw.
For a classic, simple pizza just get
- a package of store-bought pizza dough
- good mozzarella cheese
- a can plum tomatoes
- olive oil
- basil
- salt and pepper
Get your oven really hot (450F) and you’ll need a large baking pan. Make sure the dough is at room temperature so you can handle it easily. Roll out the dough on a floured cutting board. Drizzle the dough with olive oil. Use your hands to crush some of the tomatoes from the can and spread them around – do not put on too much juice, mostly just the tomatoes. Add slices of the mozzarella. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven until the edges are nice and crispy – somewhere between 10-15 minutes should do it. Top with fresh basil leaves.
That’s a classic Margherita Pizza – doesn’t get much better or simpler than that.
If you enjoy making pizza and want to get more serious about it, including how to make your own dough and cook better crusts with the right tools, try these articles (second also has some more recipe ideas.)

pizza oven
i am looking at purchasing a used industrial pizza oven. there is rust on all deck? can it be refurbished? what would cause it to rust in the first place?
A new deck of 2 ovens will cost about 18,000. So refurbishing would be my best option.
as the other person said it does get full of moisture from baking pizza and if not properly dried and cooled it will rust.
Adding together the cost of a used rusted unit and refurbishing it you would probably be way ahead to take that entire total and buy a new oven. Start fresh and keep it wiped down and when turned off, dry it thoroughly with a fan.

pizza
I just moved to a new house and just got all of my dishes out of storage. My pizza pan has rust spots all over it, so I scrubbed it and washed it with dish soap. Is it safe to cook a pizza on my rusty pizza pan?
I think it’s probably o.k. but I must confess, I’m not 100% sure.

italian restaurant
There was an Italian restaurant in Boulder, Colorado in the Village shopping center that I believe was owned by a bodybuilder (it’s been long closed). It was located right by the entrance to the theater. What was the name of that restaurant, and the owner? The owner’s last name was the name of the restaurant, if I recall correctly.
I used to live in Colorado, and I think I know what you’re talking about. The following website may help you.

giovanni
I live in Michigan and have recently heard so much about Giovanni Leave In Conditioner. I have been EVERYWHERE in Michigan trying to find this stupid conditioner. I know where they sell the shampoos and regular conditioners (at Meijers and at Rite Aid), but NONE of these places seem to have the Direct Leave In Conditioner. Does anyone in MI use this conditioner? I am very close to Southfield, and would like to know where you purchase yours from. PLEASE HELP!!!
I have heard of the Giovanni line but couldn’t find anywhere here in MI they sell it. On their website they have a link to tell you where you can find it – but of course, the link isn’t working yet.
My advise is to 1. e-mail the company directly and ask
Or 2. Call your local salon and ask them
Or 3. Buy it online if you can
I’m enclosing the link to the company website.

pizzeria
Where is it and what is the Menu like?
Also how expensive is it?
Bertorelli’s on Mincing Lane in the City is great price is decent, their pasta and antipasto platter is fab! Amalfi on Old Compton St in Soho is nice as well, cheap and cheerful and the pizzas are thin crust like italian pizza should be.
